The Bauerfeind Sports Dynamic Elbow Support applies light compression to your elbow during athletic activities to assist with mobility and protect against excess strain. Bands at the ends stay in place on your upper arm and forearm while two specially shaped brace pads sewn into the sleeve provide targeted support to vulnerable areas. Every time you move your arm, these pads massage the area to encourage blood circulation and lymphatic flow. Simultaneously, the compression helps with sensorimotor feedback to improve reaction speed and performance. The musculature that stabilises the elbow joint is activated more efficiently which improves coordination and precision. The activation of stabiliser muscles and the compression from the sleeve help prevent overstrain and discomfort and maintain proper form in the elbow.Lightweight, comfortable material
