The Kettler Exercise Ball is a simple and particularly versatile piece of training equipment to enhance activities with movement for more well-being. Active sitting to improve posture

When used as a sitball, the Kettler Exercise Ball promotes the assuming of an upright seating posture which requires the activation of deep core muscle fibres. The instability of the surface causes the seated person to use stabiliser muscles to compensate for the slight shifts in weight and maintain their balance on the ball. These intuitive and largely automatic muscle adjustments strengthen the muscles in the core and back while breaking up the monotony of long times spent sitting – ideal for while working in an office or at home.

Effective training for balance and core stability

The exercise ball can be used in a variety of ways when training. Whether for stabilisation, abdominal, back, and mobility exercises or for stretches – the ball provides extra stimulus for movement to improve one’s coordination. At the same time, it teaches balance, control and maintaining tension in the body.

Thanks to the anti-burst technology, the ball is especially resistant to wear to provide more safety when used in everyday situations or in the gym. With a maximum load capacity of up to 225 kg, it is suitable for many different users and applications.

The included hand pump allows you to quickly and easily inflate the ball as soon as you remove it from the packaging.

The following list contains size recommendations for optimal seating comfort and ergonomic proportions:

• User height up to 168 cm: Ball size 55 cm
• User height up to 178 cm: Ball size 65 cm
• User height over 178 cm: Ball size 75 cm
