How to measure the circumference of the hand

If right-handed, measure the right hand. If left-handed, measure the left hand. Wrap a sewing tape measure or string around the widest part of the hand directly above the thumb. The measuring aid must not be too loose or tight on the hand.

Die Handschuhe liegen sauber an und gewährleisten einen super Gripp im Training mit Hanteln, Klimmzugstangen, etc. Empfehle ich jedem meiner Athleten weiter.
