The free-standing punching bag combines high stability with versatile flexibility for use at home in a garage or other fitness area. The rounded design makes it easier to move the bag or move around it, striking at different angles to practice combos and footwork to improve your endurance and coordination.Inside, an air-foam chamber provides a realistic feel and rebound while effectively and dissipating the impact. This is supplemented by the especially stable base which helps absorb the blows while reducing movement of the base. The base can be filled with up to 113 kg of water or 167 kg of sand, giving it a high total weight for more stability even during intense training sessions.
