Power rack:

- Thick rubber padding: The spotters and J-hooks are topped with rubber pads to minimise noises and protect your barbell from scratches and wear
- Massive: The safety spotters were tested and rated for up to 540 kg; steel frame (50.8 x 76.2 mm / 2” x 3”)
Cable machine:
- Separate weight stacks: cable pairs can be used independently of one another; combine to double the resistance
- Full range of motion: the cables have a range of almost 180°; perfect for wide, arcing exercises like flyes and kickbacks
- 2:1 pulley ratio for finer weight adjustment increments, selected with a magnetic pin
23 height settings: Both the barbell catches and cable carriages on the uprights can be adjusted in: 50.8-mm increments
Versatile: The rack can be combined with many separately available pieces of equipment, e.g. a weight bench, suspension trainer or triceps rope, so you can do even more exercises for better results

This training system consists of the sturdy F430 power rack and the RFT cable machine upgrade with two, independent weight stacks. The BodyCraft power rack functional trainer RFT F430 was built to provide maximum variety and safety during a strength-training workout. The 23x-adjustable lateral safety bars (spotters) are rated for up to 540 kg, allowing you to train with heavy weights relatively safely.

The BodyCraft power rack functional trainer RFT F430 has a number of training stations to use for a full-body workout:

Pull-up bar
2 long safety bars, 6 J-hooks), e.g. for bench presses, squats, barbell rows etc.
2 cable carriages: 23x height settings, swivel 180°
2 low cables, e.g. for seated rows or standing bicep curls
2 high cables, e.g. for lat pulldowns or triceps exercises
