The heart rate is measured either with the hand pulse sensors of the cardiostrong cross trainer or a chest strap. The resistance zone of the cardiostrong elliptical cross trainer EX40 can be additionally varied from 10 to 350 Watt, so that you can constantly adapt the workout to your training success.

The cockpit of the cardiostrong elliptical cross trainer EX40 is also designed for an effective training. Besides a big profile display, values for distance, burnt calories, time, Watt, pulse, and speed are clearly shown during your workout. Ich bin ein regelmässiger Benutzer von Crosstrainer und habe in den letzten Jahren schon zwei Crosstrainer bis zum Abbruch benutzt. Deshalb habe ich diesmal bewusst auf Robustheit, Qualität und Laufruhe geachtet. Die ersten zwei Wochen bestätigen mir diese Anforderungen. Deshalb bin ich sehr zufrieden. Das Bedientableau bzw. die Programmwahl finde ich etwas zu kompliziert aber wenn man es kennt geht es.

Le cardiostrong EX40 est un vélo elliptique stable, fluide et silencieux, idéal pour un usage régulier à domicile. Les programmes sont variés et faciles à utiliser. Un petit souci au départ a été rapidement résolu grâce à un excellent service après-vente. Confortable et fiable. Je le recommande vivement.

Einwandfreies Gerät. Altbewährte Aufmachung von Crosstrainern, auch nicht zu groß, passt super ins kleine Zimmer. Zu lang am Stück laufen sollte man aber nicht, da der Pedalabstand doch etwas groß ist und zur Fehlbelastung gerade für kleinere Personen führen kann.

Der Crosstrainer ist solide bietet viele Autoprogramme und hält einer Dauerbelastung gut stand. Bei uns wird er täglich ca. eine Stunde genutzt. Ein bis zwei Mal mussten einige Schrauben nachgezogen werden ansonsten gibt es absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Auch für etwas kleinere Menschen gut nutzbar ( wir sind 170 bzw 173cm groß). Insgesamt ist festzuhalten dass ein tolles Preis Leistungs Verhältnis besteht. Einer unserer Bekannten hat diesen ebenso gekauft nachdem er bei uns ein Training darauf absolviert hat.... [Read more]
