The Life Fitness X1 Go Cross Trainer sets standards in technology and comfort

The X1 Go is built for tried-and-tested Life Fitness Quality. The durable, robust frame has a load capacity of up to 158 kg and can withstand intensive workouts. Another important feature of the Life Fitness X1 Go is its comfortable, even concentricity, for a feeling of natural movement. The X1 Go Cross Trainer's 50.8 cm long stride length makes for a pleasant, elliptical sequence of motions. The small distance between the foot plates (less than 5 cm) provides extra comfort while training. The foot plates on the X1 Go are also ergonomically designed: measuring 41 x 18 cm, they offer sufficient space, while the non-slip surface ensures a secure footing. In addition, the X1 Go wins points with its innovative WhisperStride technology: hardwearing ball bearings are used in the articulations, which guarantees that your run will be particularly quiet and joint-friendly. In addition, you can move forwards and backwards on the X1 Go, which allows you to vary the demands you make on your muscles.

Furthermore the fixed ErgoGrip handle bar ensures stability when training the lower body. The Life Fitness X1 Go Cross Trainer measures heart rate with the supplied chest strap or the hand pulse sensors on the side bars. In addition, two users can create and save personalised workout programmes on the Life Fitness X1 Go computer and recall these at any time.

Notes on console variants

The Life Fitness console is available in German and English. The functions are completely identical. Only the labelling on the console differs. Both consoles display the data in the metric system (km/h).

Meine Frau und ich benutzen den X1 GO jeder 3-4 mal a 30-40 Minuten in der Woche. Dabei setze ich auch meine Arme ein. Die Verarbeitung ist gut genug, dass es dabei stabil bleibt und nicht hüpft. Wir benutzen den X1 GO privat.

Ich habe diesen Artikel ausgewählt, weil ich etwas " vernünftiges " wollte. Bin sehr zufrieden. Lieferung erfolgte problemlos über Express. Der Ausbau ging sehr schnell. Es war alles super erklärt. Gerät läuft seitdem problemlos und leise. Das Training ist sehr angenehm mit diesem Gerät. Viele Einstellungen sind möglich. Für jeden ist etwas dabei.

Ich kannte Geräte dieser Marke aus dem Fitnessstudio und war mir sicher, dass das Gerät zu mir passt. Insofern bin ich nicht nur nicht enttäuscht, sondern sehr zufrieden. Das Gerät ist hochwertig und stabil. Es wird bei uns seit etwa 3 Monaten etwa 4 Stunden in der Woche von verschiedenen Familienmitgliedern genutzt. Bislang ist alles bestens. Der flache elliptische Lauf ist sehr gelenkschonend und insbesondere der geringe Abstand zwischen den Trittflächen führt zu einem natürlichen Laufgefühl. Das Display ist selbsterklärend und gut ablesbar. Die voreingestellten Programme sind völlig ausreichend. Ich kann das Gerät nur empfehlen und würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen.... [Read more]

Sehr leise und stabil. Wenn es mal am Zielort steht schnell aufgebaut. Ich vermisse die Wattanzeige. In der Produktbeschreibung ist das aufgeführt. Auf dem Display und in der Bedienungsanleitung leider nicht zu finden.

Mein bisheriger Crosstrainer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Im Netz einen Neuen zu kaufen, war für mich keine Option. Jeder sollte bedenken, dass jeder Crosstrainer zu dem Menschen passen muss; man muss ausprobieren können. Insoweit habe ich bei Sport-Tiedje Freiburg einen Beratung/- bzw. Probetermin vereinbart. Die Beratung durch die dortigen Mitarbeiter kann ich nur lobend hervorheben. Auch im Geschäft selbst sind alle wesentlichen Geräte vorhanden. Dort habe ich verschiedene Crosstrainer testen können und mich für den Fitness Crosstrainer X1 Go entschieden. Ich selbst war überrascht, dass der X1 Go zu mir passt, obwohl ich kein Riese bin. Es kommt nicht nur auf die Schrittlänge und die Schwungmasse an. Also in jedem Falle vor dem Kauf probieren; das Gerät muss zum Menschen passen. Das Gerät selbst kommt in einer riesigen Verpackung per Spedition. Es ist sehr schwer und auch mit Sackkarren oder ähnlichem kaum zu bewegen. Man sollte es vom Spediteur mindestens in einer Garage oder im Trockenen abstellen lassen. An der Grundstückskante nur abladen zu lassen würde ich nicht empfehlen. Man benötigt Helfer. Beim Auspacken fällt Styropor und Pappe in großer Menge an. Für den Transport ins zweite Obergeschoß waren dann vier Mann und es hat gut geklappt, Zwei Personen schaffen es sicher auch, aber da sollte man schon gut bei Kräften sein (sprich Muckis und keine Kreuzprobleme haben). Wenn auch einige Mitbeurteiler von „einem nicht zu großem Gerät“ sprechen, so sollte man schon ausreichend Platz in einem Raum haben (mit Display ca. 220 cm lang und Griff zu Griff ca. 80 cm). Der Aufbau des Gerätes funktionierte dann problemlos (auch mit englischer Aufbauanleitung). Es ist eigentlich alles selbsterklärend. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die englischen/amerikanischen Begriffe von Schrauben, Muttern und dergleichen; aber auch für „not English speaking people“ kein Problem. Beim Aufbau zeigte sich dann ein kleines Problem. Eine der Muttern am Gerät war defekt, entweder Gewinde falsch geschnitten, Grat im Gewinde oder dergleichen. Nun zu Gerät X1 Go selbst. Das Gerät ist solide verarbeitet und läuft sehr ruhig und man steht sehr stabil. Schreitbreite, geringe Schritthöhe, Griffbreite und Griffabstand sowie Schrittlänge passen selbst für kleinere Menschen. Der Abstand zum Display gefällt mir sehr gut, man kann alle Bedieneinheiten problemlos erreichen. Gut empfinde ich auch, dass das Display quasi nicht direkt vor der Nase ist und die Bedienungseinheit über das große Display einfach ist. Die Displaybeschreibung ist auch in deutscher Sprache vorhanden und sehr gut. Es ist einfach zu bedienen und bietet eine große Auswahl an Trainingsprogrammen. Sehr gut empfinde ich auch die Speicherung der Daten im Displaymenü, wobei man beim Aufruf des eingestellten Namens/Programmauswahl die vorab eingetragenen Einstellungen alle nochmals durchtasten muss. Dies schmälert aber nicht den Gebrauch. Etwas vermisse ich eine Auflagemöglichkeit eines Tablett am Display über der Anzeigeeinheit. Wenn da der kleine Brettvorsprung etwas mehr herausgezogen worden wäre, könnte man problemlos ein Tablett auflegen. Doch die Funktionalitäten, der ruhige Lauf, die Menüführung und alles rund herum überzeugen mich auch nach einem Jahr Gebrauch. Ich kann das Gerät nur empfehlen.... [Read more]

Gutes Produkt! Der Transport ist allerdings etwas mühsam, da das Gerät schwer ist. Ansonsten ist das Produkt ist qualitativ hochwertig verarbeitet und läuft einwandfrei. Es ist zudem ruhig und kann daher in kleineren Räumen gut genutzt werden.
